Overview: An Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Odoo ERP ecosystem. This position requires a blend of functional expertise in Odoo modules and technical skills to implement, customize, and optimize the ERP system for various business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis: Analyze clients’ business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Suggest modifications in Odoo modules to enhance efficiency and productivity

Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring that the system is tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. This includes configuring modules, customizing workflows, and integrating third-party applications.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications. This includes overseeing coding, applying data fixes, and drafting technical documentation to meet client requirements

Collaboration: Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with developers to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate the understanding and usage of the Odoo system.
Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that implementations are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Odoo modules and functionalities. Experience in project management is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Odoo development frameworks. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential

We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. The basic role is to answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

You must have the good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. You must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
